(Details and fees will be specified on the Vacation Request Form provided by CPT).

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: CPT uses a Payment Schedule (“Layaway Plan”) to help facilitate the payments and expense of your travel experience. The CPT “Layaway” payment schedule(s) noted for each experience must be strictly followed in order to guarantee the package rates in effect when your deposit is made. Failure to follow the established payment schedule may result in changes or increases to your package rate. Payment of deposit confirms your acceptance of this policy. All rates are effective on the day deposits are made and subject to change until a deposit is received. You do not have to wait for the deposit due date. We advise you to get your deposit in early to secure your trip. All reservations can be paid in full at time of booking as long as the event/travel experience is not sold out.
Payment schedules are set forth by the individual suppliers and due on the dates specified. Failure to pay on time can result in automatic cancellation by the supplier, and can lead to the forfeiture of prior payments.

CANCELLATION, REVISION and REFUNDS: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number (if provided), full name, and date of travel.
Cancellation, revision and refund policies vary by supplier. Supplier cancellation fees can be up to 100% of the trip cost. No-shows are nonrefundable.
All payments to CPT are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified. CPT has contractual agreements with hotels and vendors that do not allow us to obtain any refunds. This allows us to keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your travel experience.
When specified, refund restrictions and policies for unused travel or vacation components vary and are subject to applicable rules of each supplier. Insurance premiums, airfare and some supplier fees are nonrefundable. Please inquire about supplier refund policies at the time of booking.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Unfortunately, there are always situations and factors that may arise to cause you to cancel your travel experience. Changing Pace Travel (CPT) always recommends that you purchase Travel Insurance (even if it’s not through us) to safeguard your trip and secure your investment. Travel Insurance helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. Depending on the particular contract, there are usually fees and penalties involved with canceling. CPT will assess those fees/penalties according to the particular contract/travel experience that you are on when resolving your cancellation request. Please check on the registration form (provided by CPT) if you accept or decline Insurance. We cannot book you without your response.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against Changing Pace Travel, and in the event that payment has been made to Changing Pace Travel by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback your payment to Changing Pace Travel. If the credit card is passed through to the travel services provider and you seek to chargeback your payment from the provider, you agree to be held liable and indemnify Changing Pace Travel against this chargeback from the provider, including without limitation any air debit memos charged to Changing Pace Travel. If Changing Pace Travel incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to Changing Pace Travel via money order or cash immediately.
